The formula is comprised of molybdenum disulfide in a carrier solution that gives it unique properties. “MOLY-KOTE“ is a friction reducing solid lubricant that resists high temperatures (2000 deg) and high pressures of over 100,000 PSI.

“MOLY-KOTE“ is especially suited to lubricating bullets shot through steel barrels, the coating is harder than the lead alloy bullets and melts at a much higher temperature so it stays intact and forms a coating around the bullet much like copper jacket but at a much lower cost to the consumer.
